Validate the demand before committing to the offer.
Before naming the brand or building the platform, we studied search demand, recurring questions, adjacent fitness offers and the language women used around training. The objective was practical: verify that a reachable audience existed and identify a position specific enough to earn attention.
This was not retrospective SEO research. It was a go-to-market input used to pressure-test the business idea, narrow the promise and decide which offer was worth developing before investing in production and acquisition.

Turn the evidence into a sharper offer.
The research pointed toward an offer that could occupy a more memorable space than generic online fitness: dance-inspired training built around flexibility, toning and a supportive experience for women. We defined the audience, promise, membership logic and content direction as one product strategy before turning it into pages or campaigns.

Build an identity around the validated position.
The Balley name and identity translated movement into a restrained, mature system rather than default fitness imagery. A neutral palette, PP Mori typography and a carefully constructed wordmark created a recognisable base that could flex across product, editorial and social communication without losing consistency.

Turn the offer into a complete subscription journey.
We carried the strategy into a Kajabi-based coaching platform where website, programs and member journeys worked as one experience. Each step—from discovering the method to starting a program and continuing through membership—supported the recurring model rather than behaving like a disconnected content library.

Distribute one promise across search, paid and social.
The same positioning informed SEO, landing pages and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Creative formats moved from proof and member stories to movement-led demonstrations, while acquisition was measured against subscriptions and recurring revenue rather than superficial engagement.

A subscription business built to compound.
From early validation to a recognised fitness community.
In eight months, Balley grew from a newly launched brand generating a few hundred euros to €8,000 in recurring monthly revenue. By 2024, monthly revenue had moved beyond €10,000, supported by more than 3,000 members, over 10,000 Instagram followers and an engaged community built around the method.
