How does it work?
- Purchase Qreativa’s Subscription Marketing plan by clicking here.
- Within 24h you will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will contact you directly.
- Send your project manager as much work as you want or design a marketing strategy together to scale your business.
- Jobs are done one at a time, the shortest ones can take a few hours up to a week or more in case you want to build a site or ecommerce from scratch.
What limits are there?
No limits! You can add as many jobs as you want, they will be managed and processed by your Project Manager.
Can I really make unlimited requests?
Of course! Send as many requests as you want, we will work one at a time.
We will work each month until we reach the hours/work dedicated to each plan. If we were not able to finish all the work you sent, we will continue the next month going forward.
What if one month I don't use the hours or use them only partially?
Don’t worry, you can catch up with them the following month(s). The intent of this subscription formula is also to relieve stress, not create new stress.

Will there be a full-time person working on my workings?
No, but you will receive weekly updates on work in progress.
For example, if we are talking about a graphic post for social media, it could take 2 business days. A complete site design could take up to 2 weeks. The creation of an ecommerce may take 3 to 4 months depending on the complexity and plan selected.
If you have a lot of urgent work, I recommend activating a GROWTH plan so there will be no limits, we will dive right in on your needs.
NB: we are a 100% Italian team that focuses on quality and seriousness, from us you will not find pre-packaged templates, subcontracting to Filipino or Indian companies or the like. So don’t expect online websites in 24h or 50 social posts per day. We tailor everything for each client.
If I don't like something?
No problem, you have no limit of revisions, we keep working according to your plan until you are satisfied.

What is excluded?
Living costs are excluded, for example:
- Advertising investments from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and the like are excluded.We will manage your campaigns but the sponsorship budget is excluded.
- The costs of Servers or Domains.
- The costs of third-party platforms such as Zapier (for automation), Active Campaign (for newsletters) etc.
You can use your business software directly and grant access to Qreativa through your project manager, or you can delegate the creation of these assets directly to us, and their cost will be charged extra to your monthly fee.
How do I get assistance?
When registering you will be assigned a project manager, you can contact him or her Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. via email at supporto@qreativa.com.
We always respond within 24 h maximum, very often within a few minutes.
Can I interrupt whenever I want?
Yes! Unlike other marketing agency we don’t give any monthly constraint, send your cancellation 5 days before the end of the current month according to your billing plan to supporto@qreativa.com and we will stop any charges.
For example: you started the plan on the 13th day of the month, to cancel the plan you have to send cancellation by email by the 8th day (5 days before renewal).
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any form of guarantee or refund, but we always try our best to achieve excellent results by working together.
